Quality Management is an act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence and it includes creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, as well as quality control and quality improvement. Quality management practices can include testing product samples, as well as conducting polling and surveys of customers to gauge of a company’s products. Quality management uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products to achieve more consistent quality.

Quality Management was initially started with a focus on Quality of material products and hence was found quite useful for the manufacturing sector now it is used in almost every sector there is a rising demand of Quality professionals from all sectors of economy, be it manufacturing, BPO, IT software, education, healthcare, hospitality and public services.

4. MBA in Quality Management/Business Quality Management.

 

Employment

Graduates in this field are employed in manufacturing industries, Automobile industries, Robotics Companies and mechanical areas, such as workshops, plants, or manufacturing-engineering departments.
