Naturopathy is a system of medicine based on the healing power of nature. Naturopathy is also called as naturopathic medicine. Naturopathy method of treating disease employs no surgery or synthetic drugs but uses special diets, herbs, vitamins, massage to assist the natural healing. Most naturopathic doctors use a variety of therapies and techniques such as nutrition, behavior change, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and acupuncture. There are 2 areas of focus in naturopathy one is supporting the body's own healing abilities, and the other is empowering people to make lifestyle changes necessary for the best possible health.

Naturopathy comprises many different treatment modalities of varying degrees of acceptance by the medical community diet and lifestyle advice may be substantially similar to that offered by non-naturopaths, acupuncture and homeopathy. Naturopathy is all about system of medicine aimed to diagnose and treat any human ailment, pain and injury through the use of natural elements such as Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

Graduates improve health and treat diseases by the adoption of certain modalities like manual therapy, hydrotherapy, herbalism, acupuncture, counseling, environmental medicine, aromatherapy. Career opportunities in naturopathy are endless.
