Homeopathy is a system of medicine which involves treating the individual with highly diluted substances. Homeopathy is based on the principle that you can treat ‘like with like’ that is a substances which causes symptoms when taken in large doses, can be used in small amounts to treat those same symptoms. Homeopathy is a vitalize philosophy that interprets diseases and sickness as caused by disturbance in an immaterial vital force or life force.

Homeopathy medicines are prepared by specialist pharmacies using a careful process of dilution and succession. Homeopathy is based on an ancient medical principle, the law of similar, from the observation that a sub-stance that causes a particular set of symptoms in a healthy person can cure those symptoms when they arise in the process of an illness. Homeopathy is a complete system of medicine which aims to promote general health, by reinforcing the body's own natural healing capacity. Homeopathy take cares of situations such as fever, eczema, headaches and strain to arthritis and treatment is given based on the lifestyle and emotional problems of the patients.

Homeopathy graduates are employed in public and private sector government hospitals, clinics, NGOs, they can teach in any of the medical colleges. Graduates may get involved in homoeopathic research or advise manufacturers on the production of homoeopathic medicines. Graduates can work with those industries which deal with homeopathic preparations as a Homeopathic doctor. Homoeopathy graduates may work as a medical officer, administrator & manager, teacher, researcher, as well as social reformer. So, the scope of Homoeopathy is growing fast now days.
