History is the branch of knowledge dealing with past events relating to a particular people, country, period, person, which are written documents left by human beings. History gives the knowledge of the human civilization and analyzing the earlier cultures of the society.

History can also refer to the academic discipline which uses a narrative to examine and analyses a sequence of past events, and objectively determine the patterns of the cause. History is a systematic written account of events, particularly of those affecting a nation, institution, science or art, and usually a true story. History is all about study of Past.

Courses and Eligibility

Employment

Graduates of History are employed in government agencies as well as departments, nonprofit organizations and associations. History graduates work as a policy analysts, local historians, evaluators, planners, information Officer, Records Manager, Archivist, Genealogist, and Librarian.
