Company Secretary is an employee in an organization with director status and legal authority to carry out the ministerial or administrative duties of company and Company Secretary is a very important member of the company’s management. Company Secretary has been recognized by law as one of the principal officers of the Company and appointment of a company secretary is a legal requirement for most limited companies. Company secretary ensures that an organization complies with relevant legislation and regulation, and keeps board members informed of their legal responsibilities.

Company Secretary includes the study of English and Business Communication, Basic Economics and Business Environment, Financial Accounting, Elements of Business Laws and Management, Information Systems and Quantitative Techniques. Company secretaries act as a vital link between the board of directors and external entities such as shareholders, regulatory authorities and government bodies.

1. Maintaining the company’s statutory registers.

2. Updating the records held by Companies House.

3. Maintaining the registered office.

4. Managing and storing the company’s records.

5. Organizing the company’s board meetings and annual general meeting.

6. Taking a lead on governance.

Courses and Eligibility

Student must pass higher secondary education or 10+2 with any subjects and get admission into Foundation course for 8 months.

Graduate can set up their own consultancy business. Company Secretary Work as a Legal Advisor, Corporate Policymaker, Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Planner and Assistance to the Board of Directors.
