Cloud Computing is a technology that use internet and central remote servers to maintain data and applications and that relies on sharing computing resources rather than having local servers or personal devices to handle applications. Cloud computing entrusts remote services with a user's data, software and computation and allows consumers and businesses to use applications without installation and access their personal files at any computer with internet access. Cloud computing is a special kind of internet in which a group of users is treated as a cloud and network contains many clouds and this network is used to share resources such as data, storage, computing.

Cloud computing is broken down into three segments Application, Storage and Connectivity and each segment serves a different purpose and offers different products for businesses and individuals. In cloud computing, large pools of computer systems share an IT infrastructure, enabling products, services and solutions to be accessed and consumed in real-time over the Internet, typically via a subscription model.

1. Application Programming Interface (accessibility to software that enables machines to   interact with cloud software in the same way the user interface facilitates interaction     between humans and computers)

2. Virtualization (technology allows servers and storage devices to be shared and utilization     be increased.)

3. Multitenancy (enables sharing of resources and costs across a large pool of users     allowing for centralization, Peak-load capacity, Utilization & efficiency)

4. Reliability (which makes well-designed cloud computing suitable for business continuity     and disaster recovery)

Courses and Eligibility

1. Student must pass higher secondary education or 10+2 with science subjects to get     admission into bachelor’s degree program.

4. MCA in Computers.

5. M.Tech in Computers

 

Employment

Graduates are employed in all IT companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft or Salesforce.com, VMware. Graduates should have be knowledge in network and security architecture, cloud migration, data center migration, or server consolidation project, Knowledge of and experience with technologies such as Java, Web services, SOAP and Ajax.
