Mechatronics is the integration of mechanical, electrical, and computer technologies into the design of complex products. Mechatronics represents state of the art machinery, robots and smart mechanisms for manufacturing systems or operational environments. Mechatronics is centered on mechanics, electronics and computing which combined make possible the generation of simpler, more economical, reliable and versatile systems.


Mechatronics is relating to the design of systems, devices and products aimed at achieving an optimal balance between basic mechanical structure and its overall control. A mechatronics concentration area in the engineering curriculum would support the synergistic integration of precision mechanical engineering, electronics control, and systems thinking into the design of intelligent products and processes.

Courses and Eligibility

1. Student must pass higher secondary education or 10+2 with any subjects to get admission     into Diploma.

2. Diploma in Mechatronics.

 

Employment

Graduates are employed in Aeronautics, Automotive, Biomechanics, Biomedical and Computer Industry, Construction Consulting, Government Department, Agencies, Municipal Authorities, Industrial Manufacturing Minerals, Energy Power Generation, Research and Development, Robotics industries.


Graduates can join Bachelor degree of Engineering in Mechanical after completion of Diploma in related subject (3 years).
